Overview
The program will give a comprehensive overview of the role of the Human Resource function, the role of HR practitioners and the role that line manager play to ensure organization’s effectiveness. The program will explore the functions of Human Resource Management, the basics of recruitment and selection and explain the steps in planning the recruitment process and hiring the “right candidate.” Learn the cycle of the Training and Development function as well as the Performance Management System in the organization – understand the relationship of performance management, organization’s goals and rewards & recognition.
